Mr. Anup Sahay
Director
Mr. Anup Sahay is currently Head Corporate Strategy and Special Initiatives for L&T, and reports to the CEO & MD, Larsen and Toubro. In addition to being responsible for corporate strategy, he has oversight of a number of other functions in the corporate area relating to Corporate Brand Management and Communication, IT, Corporate Social Responsibility, and various administrative departments. Mr. Sahay is also guiding the development of a new business in the B2B supply chain space.
Mr. Anup Sahay joined L&T in August 2018. Prior to this, he has worked with Tata Steel for 32 years in various roles, acquiring rich experience in corporate strategy, marketing, business planning, and sustainability. He led the formation of Joint Venture with BlueScope Steel Australia, and also headed the Integration Office subsequent to the acquisition of Corus by Tata Steel.
Mr. Anup Sahay has done his graduation in Economics Honors, Delhi University in 1982. He has done his PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad in 1984. He has also done Executive Development program in Business Management from CEDEP, Fountainebleau, France, 2004-06.
